Coupons

Okay, I know, everyone always hears "Use coupons if you want to save money, especially on your grocery bill." I want to talk today though about ways to get the coupons you use the most.

Do you buy the Sunday paper only to find that there are 5-10 coupons that your family would actually use, but the rest are just not for you? Well, unfortunately, I do that way too often. But there are some items that I buy alot of and could use multiple coupons for those specific items, also hard to find in one paper.

You buy the Sunday paper looking for coupons, right? So why not just buy the coupons you will use? I know it may seem silly to buy coupons, believe me, my husband was super skeptical when I first mentioned this, but you can still save alot of money doing this.

I frequently visit ebay.com to look for diaper coupons, spray 'n wash coupons and any other items that I know I may be purchasing in the near future. You can often find a lot of 10 or so coupons and pay the face value for 1 or 2 of the coupons, meaning you are still going to be saving the total amount of 8 or 9 items (usually anywhere from $2-for $0.25 coupons to $13.50-for $1.50 coupons). Plus, if you shop somewhere where they will double your coupons, you have definitely got your money's worth to buy coupons.

Some other coupon sites to check out (some provide free printable coupons, while others provide coupon codes for online shopping, and yet others offer requested coupons to be sent to you):

I hope this can be of some use to each of you money-savers out there!!
